Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change!
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee, as last-minute notice prevents another client from scheduling that time slot.
No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Appointments 30 minutes or longer include a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation.
Brow Sculpt appointments are 15 minutes and do not include a grace period. Late arrivals will be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation.
Same-day service changes may be subject to additional fees. Lash clients with less than 40–50% retention may require an extended refill or full set.
